Honestly it was a great concept but the food was terrible and the smoothies taste like straight protein powder. I also saw a German roach crawling nu the smoothie station. No thank you, ill stick with factor. The girl at the front, i cant recall her name but she had long brown hair and lots of earrings, anyways she was so loud amd quite rude when I asked for help, like I was inconvenience her.

It was pretty good. I got the frozen chocolate banana protein smoothie and the salmon poké bowl. The ponzu sauce has a little bit of a kick. All together the poké bowl was decent. In my opinion, the salmon was a little bit too dry and could be improved upon. The smoothie wasn’t my favorite either but for a protein smoothie I guess it was fine. The dark chocolate buckeyes tasted great! Overall, it’s a good place to get food- but it is a health food spot so keep that in mind. The service was great though.

Staff and owners are wonderful with customer service. My 3yr old daughter loves eating Mac& cheese and when we visit! This helps health conscious and weight lifters. Y’all need to try the chicken pesto wrap!

We visited this place for the first time and were impressed by the service, quality and quantity of the food, location and explanation of the different options available. They offer food to eat in, take out, fresh take out, frozen take out. The last two are for you to take home and heat up in the microwave. The quality of the food is so good and fresh it felt right. They also offer meal plans so you can enjoy great tasting food, on your journey to great health. This is the kind of food you want to fuel your body the right way or on your journey to lose weight. We highly recommend this location not just because is great food, veteran owned and operated plus you are supporting a local business. Come and try it for yourself a medium bowl like the ones we tried were enough food to be full. Absolutely a great option when you want the best for your body.
